I felt Dr Prasad actually listened to what I was saying and gave clear answers in a way I could understand. I was reassured and left feeling that my issues were being acted upon.
I was seen in cardiology department at scarbrough hospital I was very nervous. Dr Usha prasad was lovely, put me at ease and I felt I was listened too. I was for greatful for the help she gave and still is. All staff were friendly too.
I had my angiogram with Dr Prasad yesterday at Doncaster royal infirmary ,she is a beautiful soul inside and out , took great care in explaining what would happen through the procedure and putting me at ease ,also explaining the findings post procedure in a detailed and simplified way and what course of treatment will follow.
thanks again , much appreciated
She couldn't give more care than I had. Thanks
Dr Prasad in my opinion is the best consultant I have ever had dealings with she is so thorough digging deep in to past history leaving nothing to question she explains everything in detail to the patient and makes a plan what i particularly liked was how she explained and taught her medical students who were standing by her side. A great consultant A+A+A+
